Principal - Geotechnical Engineer
Chris has over 14 years of experience in the field of engineering and is a founding Principal of Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc. Mr. Farmer's responsibilities include all aspects of proposal development, project management, client relations and design/analysis of various geotechnical, general civil engineering and environmental projects. In addition, Mr. Farmer supervises and manages each facet of Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc. 's soil and material testing laboratory.
A sample of Mr. Farmer's engineering design experience includes foundation and retaining wall design, slope stability analysis and storm water impoundments. Mr. Farmer's environmental experience includes environmental soil and groundwater investigations, site assessments, landfill groundwater studies, air monitoring and design/implementation of corrective action plans for the remediation of soil and groundwater.
