This new facility will be available to the citizens and communities in and around Knox County, Kentucky to utilize for a variety of services promoting a healthy lifestyle.  The goal of the new center is to elicit positive change in the health patterns of the community.  A variety of services will be offered to promote healthy living including: teaching/learning programs, exercise programs, recreational programs and clinics, as well as offering amenities such as cardio and aerobics areas, a 50 meter competition pool and strength training areas.

Geotech Engineering & Testing, Inc. is partnering with EOP Architects to provide the structural design on this unique facility.  The foundation system for the entire structure, including the competition pool and therapy pool, is supported by over 600 point bearing piles due to poor soil bearing capacity.
