Marcum Engineering, LLC. provided the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for the new corporate headquarters for Crounse Corporation located at the riverfront in historic downtown Paducah, Kentucky.

In an attempt to obtain LEED certification, water saving plumbing devices, automated controlled lighting and a high efficiency HVAC system were all incorporated into the design of this state-of-the-art facility. The building will also be equipped with an ultra high efficiency variable refrigerant volume (VRV) with a geothermal condensing water unit to further enhance the LEED elements of the design. Marcum Engineering also provided the design of the special systems and the lighting for this facility.

This project is currently in the construction phase, with completion expected summer of 2008.
